Nate Greenlaw is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur, licensed general contractor, builder, and capital strategist with more than two decades of hands-on experience repositioning multifamily assets and delivering high-impact housing projects across the United States. Since beginning his real estate career in 2001, Nate has flipped, renovated, and repositioned hundreds of residential properties—including extensive work on tribal housing projects—while managing a diverse portfolio of single-family rentals, multifamily properties, and mixed-use developments. His operational expertise spans development, construction management, apartment rehabilitation, energy-efficient design, brokerage, and real estate finance.

As a licensed general contractor, Nate has led numerous value-add and renovation projects, specializing in the modernization and stabilization of underperforming apartment buildings. His work with multiple tribal nations has included both new construction initiatives and revitalization of existing housing stock, giving him a deep understanding of culturally aligned design, community-driven development, and federal/tribal funding pathways.

In addition to his construction background, Nate is also a licensed mortgage broker with expertise in fix-and-flip lending and commercial multifamily financing. Through his lending platform, he has helped investors structure, underwrite, and execute successful value-add strategies on properties ranging from small duplexes to large apartment complexes. His financial experience complements his construction and development skill set, allowing him to navigate complex capital stacks, tax credits, and mixed financing structures with ease.
