About me

H Frank Centrallo started his career as a Corporate Analyst with Dun & Bradstreet. Became an Investment Analyst with Metropolitan Investment Securities, and a Stockbroker with Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. In 1983 he co-founded CMG Investment Group, a broker-dealer that specialized in real estate syndications and served as the General Securities Principal. In 1997 Frank was called to ministry and founded a non-profit community development company, Rockefeller Hill Community Development, guiding revitalization and community-focused elderly and affordable housing. His ability to interpret complex systems—financial, organizational, or structural, informs his unique approach to development of more complex systems. He served for 17 years as a senior pastor of medium sized churches (300 families) and retired in 2001 to become a full-time writer. By 2009 he published his first book, Christian Economics, Rebuilding the Temple. By mid-2026 he will have published 8 more titles.

With decades of leadership experience in finance, investment, and community development, he now brings the same clarity, discipline, and strategic understanding into modular housing and development. Having served on prominent national boards, including the Housing and Economic Development Board of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc., and the President’s Advisory Board of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine. These roles expanded his national influence in economic development, healthcare advocacy, and community-based leadership.

Frank has spent more than 30 years in finance and capital formation. Helping with development capital to complete apartment communities, elder care facilities, franchises, medical buildings complexes, small office buildings, as well as hotel and motel financ
